Feeling great today. A ton of things to do. Very optimistic about 11 month sobriety anniversary tomorrow. Some thoughts going towards 0.0 alcohol drinks which are romanticizing drinking. I need to stay away from that thinking.

Morning Check in
Day 169
I had THE most awful sleep last night. It started out as a using dream (which I donāt really remember the details) and then I kept waking up thruout the night for diff reasons. Woke up at 455 and hubby had already gone to work but I thought in my head something happened to him. Felt disoriented but snapped out of it and laid back down until 6am when I went to the gym. My husband slept awful too. He dreamt he saw an obituary for our big fish so he had to get up and check on him. Our son was up with his nurse at 515 playing with Hotwheels lol like what is going on? Anyway, its going to be a relaxing day. Iām exhausted lol but am grateful that I worked out this morning and have another day of recovery ahead of me!

Thank you for the update! Glad she is home safely! Could you sent some rain my way? 
2weeks today on bettering myselfā¦ S/O found a new one after her last fling cut it off alreadyā¦ I think itās time to move on since the idea of still being able to be a family is fading due to her actionsā¦ The way she going on these dates and staying out all night I donāt thing she quite understands that sheās carrying a childā¦ but maby thatās just me wishing she was doing those things with meā¦ anyways 2 weeks sober cheers yāall.

Day 150.
Tuesday. I have to finish a few small tasks painting. I will get a bagel later.
Moving after 10 hour days of painting. Last night I assembled a shoe rack, washed my walls, and did a first coat on my desk. Tonight I hope to assemble my bed frame, put up lights, do laundry. I feel a little guilty for how many things im buying new, but like, i also got a lot at the dollar store. Ill have the nicer stuff for a while especially if im sober and taking care of my things.
Wish i was high and watercoloring right now, a little. Mostly watercoloring.

I can tell you āBelieveā In yourself. I have said it before and Iāll continue to say it. You always seem to show us exactly how to do the next right thing. Right from when I met you here on day one. You said you have āno choice.ā Sober or dead. Iām just so fucking proud of you and honored to be a small part of your journey. Youāve come so far. And I feel your presence here has been instrumental in many peoples recovery.

Day 59 no alcohol/benadryl
Day 363 no meth
Sorry for not checking in yesterday had the day off work and I slept the day and all the night away. Not really good to take a day off recovery (without using) but I still feel strong in my recovery and going to do some step-work today.
Other plans are to drink enough fluids so I can go do a urine test for my addiction Dr, my color was called. Also need to do a great lot of cleaning round the house. So will sign off here!
