Good morning everyone, day 63 and Iām feeling pretty proud and happy this morning. So when I said I noticed addictive thinking, recent one of the guys and I were talking and somehow we discussed are meds and I told him I was taking Wellbutrin, and how it seems to be helping. Well he chimed in and said oh yeah ppl at jail use to sniff those, well my mind instantly started thinking about it constantly, so I went to my psychiatrist yesterday and told her to plz take me off them and put me on something else, it sounds silly I probably could of handled it but idk I just wanted to be accountable with my thoughts. So we are switching me off it and trying me on strattera again. Anyways I was up early today which feels good hope everyone has a wonderful day, Iāll be in groups and sessions all day so chat later much love

day 343 today! it seems like my mental illness medication is messing my memory up further now that itās been doubled. i had a lot of fun in reality these recent days (i think i was outside a lot, climbed mountains and swam in the sea) but itās so hard to recall. i enjoy it. itās worrying my family though. i guess that isnāt a very healthy mindset but it gets me by!

Day 781 clean and sober. Got employee of the month yesterday at our all staff meeting yay! Itās good to feel seen. Todayās my Sunday and am not sure what Iām going to do yet but I donāt want to take this day for granted. I slept off and on a lot yesterday which I guess I needed the rest but still bummed I didnāt accomplish much. I hope everyone has a great day today, love you guys!!!

Triple digit Tuesday! Checking in at day 100! What a wild ride itās been without drinking and just living off pure emotion without something to numb out my feelings! Sobriety has been quite a challenge but so worth every minute so far! Started my morning at 4am to go to gym and start work at 630am. Great start to the day for this life journey of recovery! Stay motivated and as always one day at a time!

Day 10069
Took my morning walk with my granddog, Jerry. We kept picking peopleās trash cans up out of the street. Well, I did. Jerry looked at me like I was nuts 
@GOKU2019 we weathered the storm. Pun intentional
@HillbillyChris Iām okay. Today will be recovery day. Our Florida room (screened in back room) is flooded so will have to shop vac it. Things blew over and away. Glad itās over.
@SoberWalker Granddaughter made it home safely. We usually get storms this time of year but they usually move on quickly. Having it so vicious AND stalled over us was frightening.
