Day 202. I have been busy with work and working on obtaining new certifications while simultaneously working on rebalancing my life. I’m trying to find and be comfortable with new ways of doing basically everything. There’s a learning curve there. Lol All is well and no complaints though. Have a great Friday everyone!

Day 369
Didnt do much today other than some cleaning. Feeling better to an extent. Just have sore muscles and joints now. Hubby went to work today and is feeling almost back to normal. I work this weekend so hopefully im feeling completely better by tmrw. Oddly enough i had a small urge to want to use today. Very weird. But of course I didnt follow thru. Its just very strange that it came up. Maybe bcuz im sick? Idk. Anyway, hope everyone is having an addiction free day

Yesterday I heared a customer of my shop has died of anorexia. It’s such a sad story. She had a daughter of 12 years old and was devorced.
We saw her sliding down becoming thinner and thinner. I even tried to talk to her about it. Told her my worries.
And now she has passed away. I heared the disease got her for the second time. As a young girl it started but she found a way out of the hole.
It was a nice lady.
It’s sad. Addiction is there in many forms.
We are never “safe”.
So I have to keep working hard.
Today? Visit my mother in law, walk, do some house chores.

. Luna’s better. Not cured but a bit better. Little balls of minced meat with a piece of pill in it are so far tricking her into taking her medicine. Have a good weekend friend(s)!

Checking in on day 335. Watching the birds this morning on my window bird feeder. Robins, blue tits, nuthatches, coal tits, sometimes a woodpecker. Peaceful way to wake up

Day 921
Was in a grumpy mood this morning. It wore off throughout the day. My daughter is a little under the weather, and it was drizzly, so we were all in the house all day, so I don’t think that helped. But always good to be sober.

Aww Thank you im starting to feel alot better and more energy…That being said.My brain is trying to tell me its time to drink again. But those cravings are some what short and ive been staying busy. Also not smoking is helping id say… They go hand and hand for me
