On my way homeā¦
Just had the breakfast stop somewhere in France. Itās 8 oāclock in the morning. Think Iām home around 16.00/17.00 hour.
I had a good holiday despide I was sick for half of the time
Sober and rested and ready for the normal life again

961- Feeling safe and grateful today. Did my 3 night party and there really is life after addiction. I have a strength Iāve never had and just enough fear of knowing what life used to be like to keep me sober. Anything else I need is in the friends I have at the fellowship. We donāt have to do this alone no matter where we are. UB40 tribute and room booked for Friday, Pink and hotel booked for June.
I was promised a life beyond my wildest dreams when I got sober and itās finally payoff.
Stick with it sober friends, it gets easier and better.
Oh and put a bit of effort in bc life aināt gonna just knock on your door youāve got to go out and grab it while you can.

Iām glad you can recognise your addict voice for what it is and shut it down, keep doing that, it will get quieter the more you ignore it. 
1002 days no alcohol.
467 days no cocaine.
89 days no vape.
Checking in for yesterday, fell asleep before hitting replyā¦
I invested in a long handled brush and dustpan, it arrived today, and itās been a long time coming, for so long now Iāve had to accept that any non-carpet floors will be a mess, but not anymore, it didnāt take long before the kitchen and bathroom were both swept, and the difference is amazing, and I can do this regularly now, so it will be a gift that keeps on giving. I also invested in a speed mod recently, that I havenāt taken out of the box yet. I will be setting it up tomorrow and mopping the kitchen and bathroom floors. Other than that, all thatās left to do is cleaning the kitchen sink and worktops, and doing the washing up, and hoovering the rest of the floors, then, weāll be inspection ready! Iām so glad Iāve been able to break the tasks up over a few days, so Iām not up all night doing them for the inspection the next morning like usual. 
I am really really struggling with my eating disorder at the moment. Itās got to the point of suicidal ideation. I have to keep thinking of my cats, thatās what usually stops me. Maybe Iāll have a breakthrough soon.

TW SH and sence of life
Day 3
No cravings.
But my physical and mental status is just meh
Had tears in my eyes already in office, escaped to the bathroom and calmed down a bit.
This job is just destroying me.
Having a job interview tomorrow, I will manage it professionally, but I am so insecure and full of self-doubt in the inside. This morning I just had no hope and asked me deep questions why I am here in this world. Ahhh I know, itās not focused on the positive. But I need to spit it out. Even had reflex of SH yesterday. My head is overfilled with solutions and ways, thatās not the pointā¦ Itās even overwhelming sometimes. Tons of to-dos and self management.
Will get better soon, I am sure.

Things will make more sense and become clearer for you.
Yesterday I spent all day on my bed anxious so bad I couldnāt move. Makes me think as well as staying sober I need to do more for my anxiety as that was a big reason I drank.
