Day 48
I have decided to stick with one number. Although I have been clean from my doc for 165 days I will use my last day I drank as my base.
Looking forward to a relaxing Sunday with my children. Church then heading to the Y with my youngest for some basketball and swimming.

Good morning everyone! Bright & early here 
Feelinf okay these last few days. A bit of news regardinf the trial there will be a significant delay, again due to defense. To be honest I am okay with that right now. And not because I dont want it to go forward and to finally have that closure (or whatever it is yhat will come i am not sure), but I believe this is a time to try to resplve things for my nephew. Make some decisions and move forward. CPS throwing a loop right before the trial was so unsettling to me because it meant we werent goinf to have some feeling of closure. Anyway, some silver lining perhaps.
Had a lottle birthday party for my son with his friends from his daycare & it was ADORABLE. Super fun & the parents were all awesome. One of my best friends is pregnant (she has a very hard tome concieving and carrying past the 1 trimester) and I am so happy for her/praying that her pregnancy goes smoothly. I was able to share something vulnerable with her (a risk) and she did not judge me at allā¦these are the people you need in life.
Feeling so happy about my sobriety, and I think now I am goinf to quit smoking before the trial seeing how now its months away. I wejt a couple days the pther week and think I want to try without the aids. I notice ābreaksā, stress around my sister and days at home are when I smoke the most.
Lovinf my new job still also and i can take 20-40 hpurs per week right now, choose my own schedule and Im jist loving that aspect. I was laughing with my husband bc i always seem to elbow my way into a peripheral role like tjis. I have no idea how i did it again 
Anyways my friends, things have been hella busy so I havent had time to read through my updates, BUT i know how much i need this place and tjink its imp to check in in some capacity. You got 5 minutes or an hour, check in my friends xo

Rainy and cold day today. Just hanging around the house really. Ate too much cereal. Put off doing some stuff. Oh well, will put a sober head on my pillow tonight,so going to take my own advice and call it a decent day.

Day 102. Yay im off tomorrow so Iām excited to get home and relax, yesterday was good got trained on a discharge isolation and boy is it thorough, at the end we bring in a rapid disinfectar and I felt like a mad scientist lol. But it was cool, today Iām doing ICU and going to help where I can. The girl who trained me yesterday gave a good review and said I did excellent to the supervisor. Went shopping after work yesterday and there were two dogs running in the road so I started trying to help get them for the owner. Eventually we got them and they were super grateful for my help. Well yeah I hope you all have wonderful days. Thank you @Lotusflower and @tifflynn07 for your love yesterday. Much love everyone

Had such a heavy sleep last night and had such an AWFUL dream! I woke up really upset 
Now im on my way to work. Going to get thru my shift, go home, and get ready for the week ahead. Not too much else to say i guess. Just super grateful for my recovery as always. Have a great day everyone!

Went to a drag show last night with my nan, her best friend and my auntie. had such a lovely time. even went into a pub for food, no urge to drink!

I spent 4 hours outdoors yesterday. Foot is feeling a little better. I have some chores today and looking forward to staying in and being comfy. So happy not to have a hangover or regrets. The clarity is amazing. Have a great day friends.

Off to pick up son for his hockey playoff game this afternoon. Game from yesterday was postponed due to a storm we had.
So leaving @3pm home around 1amā¦ but itās a beautiful day, feel great, no hangovers and thinking clearly is amazing. The sun is making me feel for spring and warmer days aheadā¦

Super strange winter!!! Like, nonexistent. Iām in NW Illinois/NE Iowa area. I canāt say Iām upset about it though, especially today with this sunshine and our plans to grill outside. Enjoy your day!
