Sitting with some anxiety.
Donāt want to analyse. Letting it be there.
Coffee.
Meditation.
Sauna was wonderful yesterday, my body and even mind were very calm, soft and warm afterwards. No trouble about the nakedness lol, itās super normal now.
Didnāt sleep well in the apartment again. Donāt feel good here. Will be back at our house on Saturday the latest, putting new wallpapers on one of my rooms.
Maybe I will do a second checkin tonight.
Will be at a RR meeting this afternoon and started to do the inventory again.

I think you have a bit warner climate than we have, at least they always promotion spring travels to Amsterdam here. Meet the Spring travels. Maybe someday Iāll try one 
Guess youāre right, for a lit of us nothing really was a safe place. Feels good to have changed that.

Just had to share this because I thought it was really funny.
We watched a monster in Paris yesterday. The plot is in Paris around year1910.

-Ma you where in Paris the 1900ās did it looked like this?
Me: I wasnāt there during 1910, try 1999.
Him: Still the 1900ās right? So did it look like that?
Me: Itās almost a 100 years difference,but yes,pretty much

Good morning guys. Checking 183 SAF, and 169 smoke free. Last couple days off before going back to work. Itās been a nice relaxing week though I got a ton done, around here and the weather at least the last few days has been beautiful. Today me and the better half are jumping on the bike and riding out to a lake in the area, with some trails and things just to walk around and enjoy the scenery. Have a great day peeps. Love yaās

When we visited an old western theme park last summer he wondered if I ever was a cowboy.
I tried to explain that when I say -85 I donāt mean 1885. I guess he almost understood at least he got the 1900ās quite right.

You are an excellent teacher to them. I remember when you used to do the meals from different countriesā¦ perhaps you still do. Fortunate children you have to have a mom like you. 
PS there are still lots of working cowboys and cowgirls just the 2024 version.

And have themed days about other countries or time eras too.
There is absolutely still cowboys and cowgirls. Weāve got friends in family in U.S so the boys have seen them live as well. We also live in a farmers village and hereās a lot of people is either greasers (Think Grease movie) or cowboys. Sometimes both big horse ranches arenāt that common but thereās a few. Western riding is so popular that our local riding school even have classes in western riding.
They do love the western theme park, and ofc the Pirate theme park we visit every year.
The 14 y/o also loves history, especially military history (he is autistic) and there he knows exactly everything. Timelines and all. Iām sure he even knows things like Napoleons shoe size.
But regarding other things itās a bit harder with the timeline

I ride an E-Bike as well. My city is a valley with very steep streets everwhere. The bike is light enough to ride it without support most of the time and add some power when needed. I hope biking season starts soon for you!

My 11y/o claimes that everything that did not exist before she remembers must have been invented in prehistorial times, including her parents 
She also claims that a life without internet and computers is a myth and that I could have never have experienced it cause thatās not how civilisation works.

I think I use internet more than my kids to be honest.
None of them have access to social media because I think they are to young. Neither one of them are interested in it so itās not really a problem.
But All information from the kids school is done online, all contacts with authorities, banks and so on is online. Iām not a fan, but thereās no other option.

Here is my day number 6 check in. Slept 3 hours today instead of 1.5. Ive already had a few cravings and internal debate driving to work this morning. But, thats why ive giving my mother my cash and debit card for now. Told myself no matter what i will have a forced week of soberity. My liver definitely needed it.

Day 31. Dang the weather is beautiful here in the South. Had a nice dinner out with my hubby and wasnāt bothered he had some wine to drink, Did better than I expected in the first day of my tournament, today is the second and last day. Foot is still a little sore. Playing golf without drinking is something new along with many other things. Have a great day!!

I am struggling with some relationships in my life right now. My grandmother whom has been a toxic force in my families life keeps reaching out and I donāt know what to do about. I feel like clear boundaries havenāt been set. I just donāt know what to do to be honest.

Day 120, good morning sober fam. Woke up to being 34 today, it was cute my mom tried calling this morning with the girls to sing happy birthday. Addie was like nooooo i just wanted to say happy birthday and when my mom put the phone on autumn she was just swatting the phone away. It was cute. And im at work, one on one session after work. Despite having some little challenges the last couple days and being sick, not once has using crossed my mind. Im in such a different place mentally and it feels good, im not caring as much as what others think, im sticking up for myself and loving myself. Anyways much love sober fam
