Checking in 279 days. Good day. I declared a ME DAY. I have worked some. Napped a bit and sat on my butt and watched tv. I decided the total day would be LAZY ME. Also read all your honest true feeling posts today. I canāt always spend this time doing absolutely nothing but felt I needed it. No guilt as tomorrow I will work extra hard to achieve completion of what is important.

Day 1023
Its Monday evening and i feel pretty good about how the day turned out. The mens small snowpants that i bought my sonā¦ fit!! They are a bit long in the legs but i will just roll the pant leg up. They fit his waist and thats all that matters to me
I had a good workout this afternoon and then had lunch and did some tidying up before my son got home from school.
Tomorrow is my 40th birthday. Wow I cant believe Im turning 40. Will I now be over the hill? Lol Im grateful to be reaching this age as i honestly didnt think id reach 25 if i was lucky. Not sure what i will do tomorrow. I am going to the grocery store and to the gym for sure. I might go to starbucks for a frappuchino (I havent had one in like a year or so). We will see what i feel like doing

Hope ur flu shot goes well i got my flu shot this year also and didnt get much of any side effects. At most, i was a bit tired and had a slight sore arm. Thats about it hope u dont get many side effects either.

It seems so much longer than 9 months!
So tired. Iāve been in a bad sleep cycle lately but it is shifting to better. Went through another PTSD phase and it was rough. It always passes. Someday it wonāt be so pervasive and I can do more. Someday . Iām really happy Iām coming out of it after 10 days. Itās a long road. Thank you for always helping 
Must stay awake- itās only 7pm! Iām driving to mountain time tomorrow. It will be even earlier
