@dogloverforever77 I am sorry for the relapse friend. Glad you are not letting it keep you from starting over. Great work on day 1! Remember the early days suck so hang tight friend. We are here with you ODAAT! ![]()
@von100 Way to show that demon 0 attention. Grateful you were able to witness the restaurant atmosphere mood change before and after people celebrating an outing with alcohol. WE definitely do not need that poison in our lives. Life is so much better without it. “I’m ready to take this day and own it” SAY IT LOUD!

@mtrav0040 Well done on your triple digits! Keep up the great recovery work.

@marit Glad you are being kind to yourself and taking the time to recover. ![]()
Keep working on this friend. You will find the healthy way to deal with these emotions and not be so down on yourself for feeling them. So very grateful that you did fight for yourself and find your way out of that vulnerable headspace. Grateful you did reach out to your safe person – nothing to feel ashamed about. Everyone has those dark moments (for some it lasts longer than for others) Your safe person is designated as the safe person cause that is who you call when you feel wobbly. Great to see you doing better my friend. ![]()

Thanks friend. Yeah – we can’t let the life’s bs keep us from being happy (I know that its easier said than done but we do gotta keep trying to find that upbeat positive note to keep us going in the right direction). Hope you are having a fantastic day
Beautiful! What a lovely way to look at things and know that you will be alright. Sending you strength and peace as you find the time to work through what you need. Sleep is important but so is your mental well being. Grateful you are working through all this sober. ![]()
Sounds like a fun time. Share your colorings with us on the Show the artist within you (Part 2) thread. Way to go with your sober time… the early days are a lot of different emotions. Keep going strong – it does get easier.
