Evening check in.
My confidence and my zest for life feels soooo low. I can’t even sit through a movie. Nothing looks good to watch. Even when I try I’m not engaged and end up turning it off.
Feeling like I need to get some creativity going in my life. For when I’m feeling worthless I can add something of value to the world. I have the forge, but I need to acquire some more materials for making things.
Gonna try to read and journal and see if I can get some of these trash thoughts out of my head.
