What I find most humerus is those who think their voice is louder than anyone elseās, and also people who are hypocritical. Just because someone disagrees with you, or calls you out in a PM doesnāt mean they are being disrespectful.

I think with withdraws on substances it leads to a few things. When I work with clients I see their paranoia go into overdrive.
So when I make blanket statements they are liked, is that directed to me?!
Iāve seen this happen here before where, I said something and someone else thinks itās about them and Iām like, damn yo! I got a life outside of TS too! Lol!
So I get the paranoia, and people getting offended about post.
But letās be honest here, Iāve never met an alcoholic that wasnāt a dickā¦ this group of people is really not the poster boys for the boy/Girl Scouts of Americaāsā¦ just cause we stopped drinking doesnāt mean we became saintsā¦

If I donāt like it, I tend to keep scrolling. I donāt look for unnecessary conflict in my life as it seems to find me without too much effort on my part. I know the things I find funny arenāt everyoneās cup of tea, and you know whatā¦thatās ok. I could be perceived as infantile or offensive (one of my memes was flagged yesterday and I humbly took it down) but I have never gone out of my way to upset or hurt anyone and nor can you ever expect that from me.
Humor is subjective. Itās also a coping mechanism for most peopleā¦I think especially for addicts. Most days I have to laugh through the tears that come way too frequently. I love this place because for once in my life, I can say what Iām really feeling without the fear of judgement ā¦I donāt have to hide who I am because you all know what it feels like to battle these demonsā¦itās so powerful! 
For me I will always look for the good. I have seen things that perhaps I didnāt agree with (Iām sure thereās a flip side to that) but there is so much love here that I donāt let it get in my way. I have received so much support, advise, and laughs that all the other shit I let go. But for the sake of being fair, I havenāt seen anything that has really hit a nerve

This conversation could go on forever and a day,we all have different reasons for likeing or disliking ppl humour,I say unless itās a thread for taken the piss memes etc etc them be mindful of what is written.xxive read alot of ppl saying keep on scrolling but as addicts we are all very sensitive souls so ,maybe be mindful that one personās joke could be anotherās person reality .xx
