Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Workshop

Hi guys, I wanted to share some information I received tonight at a CBT workshop. This was my first night and it really hit home for me. When dealing with worry/anxienty/stress/fear, we were told to allow yourself 1hr a day at a dedicated time, and list out all your problems. When that hour is up, you must stop until the next day (worry window). Every week you go down from 1hr to 45 mins then to 35 etc etc. During

that process, she is going to teach us next week how to address the issues and hopefully element the unnecessary negativity. I have enclosed a picture of a handout we received, so hopefully it will help somebody else.
