Bootz, this is fantastic. I am so in love with the solos! Thank you.
Easy. Big fan of this kid. He’s a true storyteller.
I am just gonna dance all night…
@Conor689908, never heard of them before. Thank you for introducing me to a new band. I have to check their other stuff.
Somethings are meant to be…
@ThajokerNL, thank you. I always loved this song, I love sappy love songs. I even have a playlist called “Sappy”.
Before I wanted to thank you for putting me in a chill mood, I had to listen to the song twice. Great choice!
I love the original too much lol but they are a great band in general
I was going to post this one if no one had done so already! I actually heard this cover before I heard the original by Arcade Fire. Love both of them!!
True master on the guitar and a sad story when he lost his voice. If you haven’t heard of The Pizza Tapes it’s worth some research.
Little known fact. The original was written by this man
Not exactly a cover of a classic but I like it. Sweary and good for getting the frustrations out with a nice voice.
Also Valerie
Great one! He left us too early, so sad.
Err… There’s this Americanisation of a British classic…
He was talented and was coming crashing the chats with Thriller when I was in high school. Talented for sure but I have this conflict that if I don’t like the artist for doing something wrong, I can’t enjoy their art. Same goes for Woody Allen etc. Regardless, he was talented and I really like the cover. Thank you!
Another new one for me. I will look him up. Like the banjo addition. Interesting cover.
It is sad when they have injuries and can’t perform.
Kris Kristofferson is one of my favourites withput a doubt. I also am a big fan of Waylon Jennings. Great cover.
I knew KK wrote this and many other great songs and landed in Jhonny Cash’es front lawn to be heard. He was working as a janitor and couldn’t get his tapes heard by him. Kris was a military pilot so lands on that yard with a chopper and the rest is history.
Here is a cover of this song I really enjoy. Hope you like it too.
Another young gone talent. Lovely cover. Gives me the chills. I often post his cover of Hallelujah, it is the best version in my opinion.
