Cravings and such

Hi Kay, I know it feels like trying to herd cats, thoughts racing around and obsessing over it. That’s the addiction trying to push itself back into your life.

Stay connected with other people in recovery (here on Talking Sober is good; visiting recovery meetings is good too - there’s a list here: Resources for our recovery), do some self-care at home: comfort food, a warm bath, peaceful music.

It will pass, and then you’ll have another sober healthy day.
