Mental health isn’t as bad as I thought it would be, been sleeping on and off all morning finally able to eat something. Probably just watch movies and shows rest of the day and wait for my daughter to come back from school so she can tell me how her hike was! My spouse is at work but keeps coming to check up on me when he has free couple minutes. Head is pounding though so may take another nap while house is quiet! Been journaling in my phone and wrote down what triggers me and reason why I want to quit too. Hope everyone has a good day!![]()

That is awesome! Good for you for sticking to your plan today. For me, the riskiest time for a relapse was when I started feeling better from the last hangover, so stay strong lol.
Also just a note–to keep things organized you may want to keep all of your check ins in one thread (also easier to track your own progress that way!) or to just join us over in the the Checking in daily to maintain focus #85 thread!
