You’ve been on a roll
I am starting to feel it lol … feels good though. Hope I can keep it up.
How’ve you been?
Oh, I bet… got the calves and the legs burning. You got this.
Been doing so/so. Last 2 days were rest days. I’m ready to get back to it tomorrow
Was wobbling a bit today climbing stairs ![]()
You got to listen to the body and rest properly. We will both get at it tomorrow ![]()

Lol got the legs shaking. Must be those new post-bday legs.
Most definitely. I’m getting better about it. Before I’d avoid all the warning signs, to my own detriment. I still have the feelings of loss if I skip a day at the gym but ultimately I know it’s better for me. I need to schedule a massage sometime soon because this upper back and shoulders are DONE for.
Hell yeah…self care is equally as important and vital to our fitness journey. Hope you get that scheduled soon. Don’t want to cause any damage as you are working out ![]()

. Hope so…new year for me… filling it with possibilities
I know right. For far too long did I put selfcare on the back burner. I really need to prioritize it ,though, because if not who will, you know?
All the possibilities, dreams and goals are headed your way with every step that you take.
I totally know. I am learning that fine line of balance and actually learning self care myself. This is a blessing that sobriety has given me.
Appreciate you my friend. Thank and and same for you ![]()
