Had a pretty good arm workout Not following the workout routine posted in the thread though; but I probably should since my workout split is kinda wack tbh lol. Just wanted to post this picture since I’m proud of myself staying sober and doing gym consistently recently
Probably by the end of this upcoming week, Im going to define my diet and lean bulk/cutting goals. Currently I am just focused on maintaining my consistency at the gym since I haven’t been consistent in quite a while due to addiction struggles tbh
The work out routine was what started off the month back when this thread was started but now we post whatever movement we do each day. Any and all movements count and are celebrated Keep going strong!
Just did leg day for once lol. Nearly “died” from the leg day because I’m not used to training them tbh
Holyyyy my legs are actually so underdeveloped compared to my arms. My arms are literally 2-4x stronger than my legs… Might as well be walking in a hand-stand at this point lol. Definitely gonna actually put leg days in my routine from now on
