Just did chest/back/shoulders/abs I had to skip forearms and replace wrist curls with chest flies and more weighted abdominal crunch sets because my right wrist is feeling a bit injured. Currently at 166lbs, down from about 194lbs or 197lbs
I’ve been working on my chest and back a lot these past few months, but I realize I have a huge waist and narrow clavicles in terms of bone structure so it still looks disproportionate compared to my arms
Boot camp was actually Pump FX which is a Les Mills class using barbells, weights and resistance bands for a multi movement workout. It’s a good class that always makes me hurt afterwards.

Had my body scan done today. Pretty pleased with the outcome and happy with my progress so far. I weigh 229.1lb and will be working on another 5lb loss for Dec.

Been a while since I’ve checked in here, since my back injury I’ve been slowly getting back to it. Today was the first day in a long time that I went to a commercial gym, been mostly at fight gyms for the last 10-12yrs and crossfit style before that.
Decided I need to put more time aside for lifting weights.
I really enjoyed going to the gym today. Will be great to mix it in with my other training

Dec 4th
Did a quick 30min incline walk on the treadmill at 6am this morning. Its SO rough for me to exercise that early. My body is just not awake enough lol but I tried.
Did an assault bike and heavy bag workout yesterday before work.. 5 rounds
45secs on the assault bike

Today before work I did an easy bike ride and a stretch.
Yesterday at work was a big day. Lots of stairs. Which really added to the stair master workout i did to finish at the gym the other day. Felt every stair at work yesterday hahaha
No jog before work due to the fact I went beast mode yesterday ha! (We were saying that yesterday at work while unloading ) now it’s Chinese food and Field of Dreams have a great night to all.
Yesterday just mowed the lawns and took it as a bit of a recovery day after the big few days at work.
Today just got to work now for nightshift and punched out 100 6 count burpees. Been a while since I did 100, broke them into sets of 10 and had 30secs in between each set.
