Another week in the books yesterday only got 13,000 steps but when I got home after work washed the Chevy el co and truck today is a much needed rest day keep killin it sober fam :folded_hands:t4::victory_hand:t4:

I do them in a deliberate/controlled way, so they’re a bit slower than what you see some people doing them. But other than that I just try to embrace it haha

Last night, I decided to do the DEKA comp. today at my gym. :upside_down_face: I figured it would be nice to see how I compared to my 2024 time.

I don’t know why I thought my 2024 time was around 29 mins.? :thinking: Guess I need to give myself more credit. :joy: Either way, I beat my time by 2 mins. :relieved_face:

Got some pads and heavy bag rounds in this morning.

Was planning on doing a kb workout when I took the eldest to training later on but it’s 30° (86f) so might give it a miss :joy::joy:

Weights (legs) today followed by a finisher on the stair master.

Gym was a bit quieter than last week. Possibly due to it being Tues

Good work. Remember recovery days can be productive too!

I made it to the treadmill despite the negative inner rationalizations. Walked 1.5mi and ran a 5k.

I managed to get to the gym for back and triceps on Saturday. Yesterday did chest and biceps. My bench is improving and my bicep strength really felt impressive. Love that Hevy app for seeing progress. I’m really looking forward to trying out some new equipment that was installed at the gym. There’s a deadlift pad and a hip thrust machine to target my “office-chair butt.”

Gonna by myself new xc ski equipment next week to keep more outdoor cardio in my future.

Considering the holidays, and that I wasn’t tracking food intake or lifting for most of November, I managed to keep my wobbles from getting too out of hand. Feel like I’m getting through my plateau but I think I need to go on a no added sugar kick. Even though that sounds daunting and like so not a good time…

Oh yeah absolutely. I’m still waiting on the outcome of a recent job interview and hiring campaign so I’m officially a mithering squeaky bum too much nervous energy. This is the only way I can get the negative out at the mo. :grimacing::grimacing:

Day off started off with a 10,000 step jog knocked that out extra early then went a grab a fresh haircut made burgers for the fam now waiting on some crunch rolls and gyoza but to be real I’m in it for the wasabi ha! Have a great night sober fam keep killin it! :flexed_biceps:t4::victory_hand:t4:
