Got through everything and unfortunately I don’t have handstand walks at all (yet ) so I didn’t get any of those. Felt good about this one. Just wish I could transition quicker. I know I am too critical/hard on myself and need to be more positive. I did it and should just be proud of myself.
Push day,bit of a struggle,it looks like an old rotator cuff injury is back,I was hoping that id just slept on it but I dont think it is, I struggle lifting above my head, military press will have to go and I can feel it on incline press aswell, ill try and find 2 other exercises to fill the session until its healed, also work steps and im just on my way out for weighted incline walk

Crazy phase.. First 3 weeks with this flue…
Getting back into my power, 1 week later the heat is rolling over our country. Over 30 degrees it is getting crowded at the pool. We will have 37 next days. I got a swim in 2 days ago and will go and have one tomorrow before work. As well as a walk. Same I did this morning. Joining a challenge to get more steps in.
Now on top, Monday I have little surgery. Lol, again pausing.
Anyway I stay active and looking forward to cooler temperatures and a healing wound after the surgery, to get back into the water!
Started with some strength workout with free weights and basic elements like planks, squads with added weight and so on. I own a kettlebell with 8 and 2 dumbbells with 5 kg. Also thinking about getting a weighted vest for the walks and workouts.
Doing good with the 1800 kcal plan and balancing protein. Also still doing daily meditation.
30min incline treadmill walk with increasing incline
15min elliptical
15min stationary bike
Super excited that i actually WILL be able to go to the gym over the summer break! The lady that works at the gym suggested i bring my son with me. I can roll his wheelchair up to the cardio machine (its close to the lobby entrance), i can hook his ipad up to the wifo there, and i can workout AND keep an eys on him. Was thinking of gping to the gym once a week for a good cardio session. Then the other 4 days of the week, i will work out at home with my weights and walking pad. Im glad that i STILL get to workout in a gym environment. Theres something about going there that really sets the mood for s good workout!
