June 16th
Afternoom workout complete. Did 1 hour of cardio today!

2 days in the gym done.

1 upper day today and legs yesterday, have started to move into some progressive overloading.

Felt real week in my upper body today. Its hard knowing where you were at and having lost it.

Gotta stay consistent.

June 17th
Was a little bit of a struggle to get to the gym today. I was half way there when I almost turned back. But i pushed thru. I did 45min of light cardio between the treadmill and stationary bike. Glad I went.

I am bossing my activity during this stressful month. It’s possibly keeping me mentally safe :folded_hands::folded_hands::100::heart:

First round in the books it was a 1 hour and 30 minute session of walking, running sets of push ups and body squats. Legs are definitely feeling it but no pain no gain, right. I had a great day for leg day yesterday. Some days you just feel like all is aligned. Musta had some pent up energy.

Squatted 255 lbs for 2 reps. I know it’s not much. But not bad for a 150 lb guy who is terrible at squats. I feel like I’m not far off from going further.

Also did 275 lb trap bar deadlifts for reps. I know I’ll be up to doing more as I’ve gone beyond that before I started tracking my lifts.

I missed my workout of Thursday because of baseball practice so I did my back/tricep circuit, hit the sauna, then came back to focus on shoulders.

Still plugging away at my daily workouts.

This morning we did the 26.1A & B desert city classic qualifier workout. Got timed capped at the 30min with 244 meters left on the row. :weary_face: BUT it was a great leaning opportunity and I am proud of myself for doing it!

I got through all the work for the 26.1A but wish I could have gotten through it faster. If I would have I am sure I could have finished the 5k row. Still have time to redo it if I want but we will see how the other workouts go. :upside_down_face:

I’ve been off work for the past 3 days,its was also rest day from lifting on Friday so I tried to keep as active as possible with some cardio and plenty of walking after meals,I really miss the work steps when im off.

Push day yesterday,Pull day today with some core work and some incline walking added to both days,good few days :+1:t2::flexed_biceps:t2:

The next 2 weeks could be a bit of a struggle,im going to work in a much smaller kitchen so I wont be getting near as many steps in,it could be difficult to maintain a deficit while im there,ill see what happens and adjust my training and diet as much as I can :+1:t2:

More than I expected but probably about 5000 less than the usual.

First workout in a week. Wasn’t my best workout ever but I got up and did it even though I had zero motivation.

Upper body today! Felt extremely focused during my workout. How that happened… idk lol i didnt even take a full scoop of preworkout either. Had an awesome workout tho!
