This sounds fun! What’s the dance challenge? Where do you find it?

It is an app Dancebit I began with a 28 day challenge of 10 minutes. .. completed in I will admit 30 days as missed two days. All levels and instructions. I send the dance session to my big tv and get moving.. New challenge is 15 minutes a day and today will be day 3.

it is fun.. some moves I just can’t do.. jumping is one thing either I have lost the ability or just need to work on. Jogging is more fast marching but I keep moving. 2nd hip surgery has reached over the 1 year mark.. and hoping I limber up more as I get stronger… Have a great day and glad your are here.

That sounds cool actually. I’ll have to check that app out.

Had a pretty good arm workout  Not following the workout routine posted in the thread though; but I probably should since my workout split is kinda wack tbh lol. Just wanted to post this picture since I’m proud of myself staying sober and doing gym consistently recently

Probably by the end of this upcoming week, Im going to define my diet and lean bulk/cutting goals. Currently I am just focused on maintaining my consistency at the gym since I haven’t been consistent in quite a while due to addiction struggles tbh

Great to see you posting! Looking good friend :muscle:

The work out routine was what started off the month back when this thread was started but now we post whatever movement we do each day. Any and all movements count and are celebrated :muscle:   Keep going strong!

Yet again, another leg day turned into chest/back day lol :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

Tomorrow I shall actually train legs as I’m feeling an injury forming in my right elbow.

I hate training legs, but tomorrow I must for realz

ugh - i’m sorry to hear that. Take it slow and easy and make sure to give your body time to heal.

Looking great :muscle:
