Day 1
Day 2 did a 45 min light walk / jog instead with light stretching afterwards (the roller was super painful)
Plus a fast paced 5.29 mile walk
Tomorrow is a super busy and long day so had to be a bit more active today.
Day 1 30 mile bike ride, so more legs and core than full body. 30 minutes dog walk this morning, first time playing pickle ball later today.
I already missed a day I did a 30 minute run this morning and will be doing some foam rolling before bed so got day 2
Day 1 and day 2 done. I didnāt use a foam roller, since none of my muscles are sore yet, but I did buy one.

I have an hours weightlifting class in an hour, with some or all of the exercises in on top of that, so Iām claiming all done so far. Iāll start tomorrow proper.
Day 3 done with 10kg kettlebell
plus
20min yoga
The devilish class I just took involved dead lifts, goblin squats, a million lunges and a million squats, push ups, tricep dips, other weight lifting moves that I donāt even care I donāt know the name of, planks, arm rows, ab work and then stretchingā¦ Sheās a demon. Iāll do day 4 but Iām all caught up for now.

Today is day 1. I will be doing my workouts 5 days a week on weekdays. Definitely not 30 days
Itās pouring today so my home workouts will be indoors. Iām going to try some of the workouts that were posted and do my typical dumbbell, pushups, sit ups, stretches. Itās not a burn unless youāre sweating and thereās some pain
Day 3 I only did 1 set but I walked almost 4 miles today. Take doggos for their normal walk and then dropped my car off to be detailed. I walked home and then back to get my car
