No activity for me today I think I’ve been going too hard so woke today with a swelling episode. I’ll rejoin when I’m feeling better.

I dont have muscle pain often but those split squats from day 3 killed my legs and glutes, boy it hurts…

Day 6 – substituted the foam roller for a 24 min yoga stretch yoga session and did my 30 min brisk walk
Added a 24 min cardio session
Day 7
Added on a 10 min yoga, 20 min cardio and 4.5 mile walk.
I am very behind but I’m blaming a busy work week. We will see how caught up I can get tomorrow.

Day 8 2 sets- those front and lateral raises humble me every time
I won’t catch up today. I’m still here, still watching the progress and might hop in every once in a while but my new daily habit for the month will be journaling.
Knowing myself I can only add in one new thing per month. Maybe next month my focus will move back to fitness. Keep crushing those goals folks.
