Haven’t posted here in a few weeks, been keeping up the training though.
Started a cool thing that I’d like to share, have found a regular time to get a little workout in with my eldest daughter. We’re at the gym training most days but on tues and thurs theres a time after her training and while my youngest is still training that we’ve made the plan to do a little workout together. Today it was 4x2min rounds of assault bike and burpees.
I’m not sure I’ve ever been in this thread. Probably have but don’t recollect.

Feel pretty off today but still tried my best:
Weight lifting class, and Ive recently increased the back, shoulder, chest and glute bridge weights to almost triple my starting beginner weight. I’m keeping tricep low for now, they are not great; form is now important to me. Bicep weight fairly low but I’ve still increased it about double over the months.
10k steps by noon.
Today’s superset, additional Weights and treadmill. Of note, I did 5 x 1 min 5km/hr jogs with 1 min walk in between. First time I’ve jogged in probably like 20 years. Felt great and not winded at all. I’m so excited that my knee held up and it felt good.
Rest day which consisted of dry needling and a chiropractic adjustment. Feeling a little sore now but I’ll get back at it tomorrow
10375 steps today and water play ocean and pool. Good thing because I had a cookie and 1/2 blueberry muffin.
