Back today 3rd day and thinking about what was said yesterday. I slept 15-16 hours last night, woke up fresh and happy but yes maybie I over did it a littleā¦ Never been above 18 though and then it seems to get less and I get more and more energyā¦
I work in manual laybor and when I am at work I struggle to do any training but then that is a downhill spiral, no training then the diet falls out, if the diet falls out then why not have a beer and then drugs here we comeā¦
Donāt really have an awnser apart from lay off from the work for a while? Every time I have done it in the past has been away so no work and only time at home was hardly working and then it was what I just said above that dropped me back into itā¦
Anyway sorry does help me get an understanding just writing it down I think even if you all think wtf is wrong with this guy go away! Lol
Going to be doing some shoulders and arms today.
Think itās best if I donāt go out atall as a walk to the shop yesterday didnāt help my demons in my head atallā¦
Great work on day 3 . Keep putting in the effort each day. I find in days that I donāt want to work out that I still do something so that my mind doesnāt think itās a rest day. This helps maintain the momentum psychologically.
Itās good to get an understanding of what causes the spiral and where it begins so you can nip it in the butt at the early stages.
Just keep pushing forwardā¦ sorry the walk didnāt help yesterday (maybe a different route or take a meditation along to help with calming the mind).
Yes that makes Sence, as soon as I have a day off itās like itās forgotten and all downhill, yes will have to make sure I do that when I do have a day off, used to really feel the benefits from cold water so might go give that a push my unkle always cleans his gym on a day off because he says he canāt have a day out of there. He is an ex alcoholic so maybie this is a part of this aswell. Thankyou again!!!

Working out isnāt always the easiest but when you get in the zone itās the best and when you get done thatās a major WIN for the day. Letās get it!
Today: 85 zone minutes and 818 calories burned in one hour weightlifting class and a walk before and after. Squats are getting me really sore these days as Iām focusing on deep and proper form. We do about 300 every class.
Iāve hit good steps every day this week despite it being a staycation week. Feeling more fit than ever!! And stronger!
Nov 15 workout complete
Apparently my last workout was 11 days ago (according to this thread). Ouch! So glad i pushed myself to the gym this morning. Did a full body workout that took 1.5 hours but no cardio as i ran out of time. Good to see everyone still pushing on with the workout routines!
