Daily fitness check in šŸ’Ŗ

Lolā€¦yeah the feet do hurt sometimes. It is very important to have good shoes and cushion.

I saw you rocking today girlā€¦ should be super proud. Do a nice Epson salt warm eater soak for your feet - they will thank you

Oh I am proud :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
I have to be careful with my feet bc of the psoriasis I have  So walks like yesterday arenā€™t possible that often although I need it, itā€™s such a great feeling after.
Today is rest day.

One of my goals besides besides becoming AF is to walk 3 days and do yoga 3 days. I have done that 2 weeks in a row and been AF 28 days-feeling :muscle:

Thanks love, its not always easy so I am proud of being able to do it.

Iā€™m sorry cause I know how hard it is to walk through physical issues like psoriasis. Hope you are able to get in some not so painful walks in. I do agree that I feel better mentally after accomplishing a good walk :hugs:

Pointing out I was doing to much and learning to pace a bit and cut ammounts down has been massive!!! Training still every day but not going crazy. It really is go back to the simple things, sleep, food, training=happiness

Finding that balance isnā€™t always easy. Great to see you listening to you body and making adjustments as needed. Itā€™s amazing that a day of rest gave you such amazing HRV rate reading. The body is a mysterious machine.

Have a wonderful day Nickā€¦hope you are able to enjoy a dry hike today :pray:t4:

91 zone minutes burned.
Treadmill was 7.0 incline walk, kept my heart rate strictly in fat burning zone after an hour of doing legs, arms, back, shoulders and triceps on the machines. 60 sec rest between each set. 3-4 sets of 6-12 depending on the machine.
