5km run.
My endurance is not even close to the one from few months ago. But there is a lot of reasons: I don’t run regularly, I don’t workout with kettlebells (well, I started back this week), I was sick quite long, weather is shit… I need to get back on track, and I’m working on it. It will be ok :slight_smile:

For a tiny moment I thought “you didn’t complete the whole walk”, but then I told myself that I did awesome. Usually I sit at home on Sundays. Today I went out!
I didn’t complete the walk because it’s so windy where I walked, it literally hurt my face and arms.

Almost 6000 steps today :muscle:
Slowly it’s becoming a habit, not something I MUST do. I was looking forward to my walk-meditation today.
Oh, I almost forgot: you don’t need 10000 steps / day to get healthier. Around 6000-7000 steps are perfect and enough! :slightly_smiling_face:

Chest/back day… felt great. Think I am getting my routines dialed in for winter where I just go and do. Have 3 sessions dialed in now I think. Next just tweak weight for a bit to challenge more.

Todays workout complete :white_check_mark:
Today i tried to workout without preworkout (i ran out lol) and i did notice a difference. Stamina and energy wasnt quite there. But focus wasnt effected. Today i did:

  • Chest
    Smith machine bench brench 50lb
    Chest flye machine 55lb

  • Triceps
    Overhead tricep extension with dumbbell 25lb
    Single arm cable tricep extension 20lb

  • Cardio
    10min of recumbent bike
