Plus a 5.5 mile brisk walk (got some solid time at 15.5 min per mile so slowly getting back at my good pace).

Nice work Jazz 🏋🏻♀ I’ve been moving all the days but haven’t been posting. Honestly I think I just got burnt out on the monthly challenges last year and haven’t been able to get back into them

And a cinnamon roll to even up the deficit.

Plus a 6.75 mile walk (2 hrs 3 min) loving that my pace is improving

Did workout #7, with 15 reps. What a nice set! I added curl /bicep pull downs as long as I was at the gym.

Day 25, awesome 18 mile bike ride. The last two miles drops 100 feet, so it’s a beautiful cruise home!

Also - shout out to our local badass runner, Elle Purrier St. Pierre, a farm kid who tore up the race course on every level, and has set a new Olympic trials record in the 5k at 14:40.34! Since taking time off after having her baby, she has come back stronger, faster, badder than ever - look out Paris, here comes Vermont!
