I was lacking motivation today but my husband encouraged me to hit the gym. Glad i did! Bcuz my workout was a good one Finished my preworkout today and got a new one. Excited to try it tomorrow!
Well, not gonna lie, that one felt harder than I expected. And picked up a little kink in my neck for my troubles.
But onwards and upwards. Now to get some steps in laying out some fertilizer.

Bigger pull day tomorrow after today’s push day.
Not gonna lie. This kicked my ass today. I showed up and pushed through. The treadmill at end with my knee popped this morning was an exercise literally much the same as quitting alcohol, one day, hour, minute at a time was a one step at a time as I wanted to quit 5 mins into the cool down treadmill. But I pushed to the alotted 25 mins…
Now I play with dogs and then grocery store, then home to try and relax for a few moments before bed and back to the weekly grind.
Got a short weight session in at 4am. Then a fasted treadmill session as well before work for 30 mins.
Hooked off work early and got a lighter leg tune up and shoulder work session in for 1.5 hours followed by another 25 mins on treadmill.
All in all a great workout hump day!!
Did a decent primer session today to prep for bigger sessions this weekend.
Plus my atypical 2 walking sessions.
Weight is still dropping, maintaining muscle mass. About 1.5lbs per week.
Oh and today I matched my longest step streak attaining daily goal. So today was day 23, every day beyond today is a new record!! Yay
