Daily fitness check in 💪

Well a loaded leg Day Wed after work, a big Primer session Friday to prep for my heavy weekend.
Then chest-tri’s Saturday and Back and Bi’s Sunday has this guy about wiped the hell out! All while still maintaining my 2 treadmill sessions per day for approx 30 mins each for past 25 days straight… I hit a wall hard after today’s session for certain. I’m done! :white_check_mark:

Treadmill work 10 min run 10 min walk 10 min run 10 min walk. Got to get back to it just to think 11 days ago I was doing 25,000 a day so trust if you don’t use it you lose it ha! Have a great Sunday to all my friends. :flexed_biceps:t4:

You are doing great. Just stay active and live your best recovery life

I know that we have ebbs and flies with different activities / strength training etc.

Last year I was also doing 20-26k daily steps. Then It went to barely 3k. Now getting back to at least doing something which is what’s important.

20,000 steps is too many. I was walking 7 miles 5 days a week and I was like a robot, wasn’t satisfying at all. Was drinking like a fish as my whole routine was fake. Now I’m not drinking and not exercising nearly as much, but when I do it’s with joy. But everyone is different.

Thank you but I’m good I was working a 7x12 on a much needed break but want to get back on it because the new job is going to be 10pm to 7am unloading trailers and stocking just a little rusty but no pain no gain. Let’s Go! :flexed_biceps:t4:

10 minutes #0incline Run speed #5

Didnt lose any weight this past week :frowning: But my diet wasnt on point over the weekend so i guarentee thats the reason why. Will keep on keeping on!

Moving my fitness check in here from the gym selfies page.

Haven’t been great at keeping up with the weightlifting but am doing well with cardio, walking/steps, yoga. Also coaching my son’s baseball team has taken a little away from the self care.

Also using noom to track my intake. Not doing wonderfully eating at a deficit but I am not binging like I used to.

Well it’s been a busy week with additional after work lawn maintenance for clients which pulled me a little away from weight training.
But that said, I have been getting my steps goal in every single day 30 days straight on that front. Have been doing my fasted morning 30 min treadmill for 43 days straight. So am happy with all that.

Today was back in gym for a chest and tricep session followed immediately with a 26 min treadmill session for a 4.4x4 and 2km

Today’s weight session which felt amazing, heavy but amazing!!

Thought my tank may have been a bit low so shaved weight just a bit and by second half figured out I was just fine, so back up…
Stupid Garmin watch, hahaa.

Anyway, great day in gym. Two hours weight training and two 30 min treadmill sessions. Time for some dinner and a movie I think. Sons over for night to hang and then head out tomorrow for cheat meal…
