20 minutes on excersise bike and I followed @Tragicfarinelli 's tips. :hot_face: :sweat_droplets: I did remember to stretch afterwards. :smile:
I’m planning to continue with rhytmic cycling and maybe next week increase cycling time to 25 or 30 minutes.

Cha cha cha , rumba’d even hand jived. It’s been fun. Sessions are 7-10 minutes which keeps me going to meet the goal of at least 10 minutes. Next challenge I will increase the time but right now it is working for me. As always thanks for being on my dance card.
