Silent sitting meditation for 8 minutes.
Been missing the daily meditations. And I’m ok with that. I will be back. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe not. Keep it up guys. I know if I’m stressed I’ll be right back. Hopefully I’ll be back before I get stressed. So I don’t get stressed in the first place.

Good things happen to those that meditate. Waiting for a week for my parcel to arrive. It came by Fed Ex today during my quiet sit~~I was thrilled, and great timing.

Hello all, Did a body scan today and I’m liking to imagine a blow hole in the top of my head like a whale… The breath travels thru the blow hole and out through the body part and then reverse and out thfu the blow hole. Quite calming. : )
Well my day off turned into over a week off.
But back to it this morning, woke up just about in time to get 15 minutes in before work.
Oooooh! I like this thread. I’ve been doing guided meditation everyday after my workout. Does that count? So far I’m not the guided newbie 5 min stuff.
I love this. I’m gonna do it. I’m one week today and feeling proud. I had some anxiety over the weekend and when I put on my meditation app it was triggering because I ONLY use it when I’m in crisis. Time to change my association with meditation
Not a challenge today. But a fucking necessity.

He’s on iTunes. Friend of mine. Travels to sober houses in the LA area teaching meditation and gratitude. He’s got a lot of sober time under his belt.
He’s a life saver.

I did a mindful vacuuming today, took my time and did it well. Kept noticing I was jittery from the Cowboy coffee I had made~ strong.
