Maggie likes to start barking at me when I sit down to meditate. And at other times tbf :see_no_evil: working on a hard ignore to stop her demand barking. I can pretty much tune her out so it’s not too bad for me. My neighbours may feel different :joy:

After breakfast and coffee among all the noise of tv, radio, people cooking and making drinks while sitting at the “break” table squeezed in three mins. Somehow all the background noises seem to almost help my mind stay blankish, lol my ex would agree :joy: :joy: :wink:

No meditation yesterday as I overestimated myself (for a change :smirk:) and didn’t fit everything in before friends arrived. Today’s YWA video was a meditation one although my mind was elsewhere. Back to work tomorrow after a long Xmas break, aiming to do a morning meditation if I get up early enough. Although it’s nearly 11:30pm so we will see how that goes!

12 minute guided gratitude meditation. 1st guided one I have done since we started this challenge in December. Made it through the whole twelve mins in large part because of committing to a regular practice through this challenge. Thanks for helping keep me accountable. You guys rock.Ya you!!

22 minute guided meditation tonight
When I first started this challenge about half way through I would start to itch in random places. I called it the phantom itch to myself. During one of my guided meditations I started thinking of the itch as a place that needed to heal. Where negative energy was building up or it needed mending. I started to appreciate the slight itch and let it run its course. The itch comes and I welcome it and breathe in new healing air and release whatever needs to come out on the exhale. Just like that it’s gone :yellow_heart::woman_in_lotus_position:t2:
