Day four, complete. Do you, like myself, ever go to do something so simple as take ten breaths and somehow seem to struggle when focusing on it yet do it naturally without a problem? Guess I need to do this practice more than I thought.

Day 5 Thoughts just happen, Steven Hayes (from ACT therapy) calls our brain the word machine. I like that analogy but getting lost in dark thoughts not so much. Have a blessed day each one of us!

Felt good to notice my heart beating. Steady as she goes friends. I’ll try to practice positivity today! God is in our hearts, God is love!
