Sorry Iossed this! Mindfulness meditation is something I have been working on myself, it has definitely made a difference for me and has helped me pull myself in when my brain starts flying around. Definitely helps me to get to sleep better too! If we do this again nextonth I am in!

seven minutes, i am not giving up, but i already know that this isn’t going to work well today or tonigh,t i should say…seven mins of quiet, focus on my breathe and mantra, who knows maybe i will surprise myself, God willing. :v:

Just did the 25th day of the challenge. Was wondering why 7 and a half minutes was feeling longer…I accidently set my timer for seven and a half hours so I did almost nine minutes today. Namastae

Meditation challenge day #26 complete. It went ok. Might try and do it again later.
It really is a challenge doing these quiet. At least that is what I have been doing, no guide or music.

Was attached to the meditation finishing. Mentors say make it a daily habit, I can and I will.

I did 8 and a half minutes for day 27( was that right for today I didn’t scroll up and check) Not sure I can call it meditating. Actually parts of it felt meditative and parts where I got distracted by noise or thoughts that wanted to stick around. I had to try to refocus or non-focus(is that even a thing) with breath. Have a great day friends, it is what we make it. Namastae
