I joined this community when I was new to sobriety from cocaine. It wasn’t easy, as I’m sure you know, but with help from the amazing people here on TS I am now almost 2 years sober!
You can do this! One day at a time, and in the beginning, one hour or minute, or second at a time is super important! Just come here and reach out whenever you need. You can also type “I need help” on one of the main threads and someone is online pretty much all hours of the day and night.
