Started my morning by drinking two bottles of wine just for the hell of it. I’m done. I’m 23 and I hate the woman I’ve become, I have ruined relationships and am going to do more if I don’t stop now. I just want to feel better.

Welcome to the Forum Kat .
There’s an enormous amount of information, support, recovery and fun on the app.
However, it’s not the whole package of recovery. You need to have a program to work, be it AA or another flavour of program.
But, nothing beats a F2F meeting.
By going you will find sober friends.
You will also build a local sober support support. Which is essential to long term sobriety.
When you want help it’s usually NOW, you don’t want to wait for someone in a different TZ to reply to you, it maybe to late by then.
So, bottom line is get yourself a Program of Recovery, a Sponsor and go to a meeting.
Oh, and of course keep jumping into the app and read, read, read.
Take care, all the very best.

Welcome Kat, it sounds like you know the change you want, and you see the value (you’re beginning to see that the struggle for sobriety is much better than the suffering of addiction). That’s a good space to start from.
For me I found meetings made a big difference. Quit lit and sober stories helped too - they helped me understand myself: Resources for our recovery
Welcome to Talking Sober!
Welcome and good job on starting your sober journey
Even when it gets boring, every second you don’t pick up the bottle is a victory
2 bottles of wine is a lot. Get some rest and definitely read around
