I think I am really craving a beer right now. It is hard to get my mind off that fact.
Thatās definitely a craving. You will know with you start having withdrawals. You will shake and sweat. Your bowel movements will be all over the place. You will be dead ass tired but unable to sleep. You will be restless, irritable, and discontent. Those pass in a couple weeks. Cravings occur for a longer period of time unless you start working on the issues that lead to your drinking in the first place.
Spot on! You need to do something to get your mind of of a drink. Usually I say the first thing to try is extensive exercise. It does two things. Clears your mind and tires you out so you might be able to sleep. Maybe eat something. Get your belly full. Read meditate. Go shopping. ANYTHING just get your mind off alcohol.
I think we can figure that one out lol
Well okay maybe I should put some qualifiers in there but ya know . But look at you now you are here and fighting back. For the record I have not been brave enough to visit a casino since I quit. That free alcohol was my favorite part of gambling lol
I just finished running a 5kā¦and am still craving lol
Burpees and a 5k.
You throw a few obstacles in the mix and you got a Spartan raceš
Iām eating peaches. They are yummy
On to the next thing on your list. It might take a few to drown that voice. But whatever itās telling you is a lie!
I think that is a great idea. Something to refer back to when i feel like ājust oneā beer is a Good idea. I donāt think there was ever a good outcome. As one beer never stayed at one.
I just feel like I need to keep taking deep breaths and watch something good on Netflix, and sleep, to make it to day 3
I could drink just one. If it were a 200 oz beer.
