I absolutely can feel your pain. I remember those feelings like it was yesterday. It took relapse after relapse after relapse. I even drank rubbing alcohol when i couldn’t get the real stuff. God aweful experiences that we hope nobody else has to ever endure.
I really hope you feel better soon, though it may take some days. Drink water like youve never before. Throw some lemon in it too. Watch funny movies, standup, youtube. Get distracted. Just my opinions

It only has to stick once to stick forever. Have you thought about meetings? This app is great but actually hearing and speaking in real time is powerful. There are plenty of online options.
I still hope there’s medical help if you need it.
Withdrawal symptoms can be life threatening. Call 911 if it gets worse.

Thanks everyone for the support. It was a tough day but a little better. Feeling calm at the moment. I know I wont sleep again tonight.but im not shaking as i lay in bed. Got some food And made a meeting. Anxiety was my biggest issue. Wouldnt let up.

Is it possible to seek medical attention? You said before hospital is not possible, why not? What you are doing is dangerous, I speak out of own experience. Day three will be the hardest, after that you might have a chance to get through without medical care. In total it takes 14-15 days for the brain to regain strength to withstand cravings to a certain extend.

Thanks everyone. Day three in the books. Actually eating. Got a sweet nap in today. Praise the lord. Made it to a meeting. Main thing is the anxiety. It is relentless. Head fog is down after the nap. Doing better. Love you all.

Thanks @happyfeet Im hanging in there. Anxiety and head fog still are my issues. Got some sleep last night. Really appreciate the support. This is an amazing community.
@PrettySmartAndSweet think my body was so tired when i got into bed. Was productive during the day even though didnt feel good. Made a meeting and the nap really helped.
