I did. I think most of us do initially. Alcohol bloats us so much.
I know the sugar attacks are crazy sometimes. I was never a sweets or candy person much before getting sober. Now I have a candy drawer. but better than an alcohol drawer. Iāve been watching a lot of videos on keto. People seem to lose a lot on it.

Donāt do what I did because of the sugar cravings⦠I ended up eating a block of chocolate every night for a year sugar addiction is real and hard to break
I lost 4 stone at first but I crave chocolate and biscuits now so Iāve put some back on hate myself for giving in but itās got to be better than drinking what I was every day
