I’m a junk food vegan. My plates aren’t very attractive, certainly not enough to post pictures but I still like it.
When I say vegan, I still have milk, eggs, chocolate and honey. That would mean I’m not a vegan BUT it’s bound to be better than being carnivorous

I am vegetarian but not strictly vegan. Tonight I made cous cous with smoked paprika and lemon with EarthGrown vegan chicken-less pieces.

Herby quinoa salad with chopped roasted veg, fresh tomato, red cabbage, basil and parsley, a big dollop of mashed avocado and lots of lemon juice and black pepper. So fresh tasting on this springlike day!
