111 days sober. I’m very grateful. My body hates me for what I did. So many doctors appointments and procedures…meetings and therapy. So much blood work, repeated procedures… I am overwhelmed and overthinking

It is incredible what we did to our bodies and what it takes to recover from what we do to ourselves, but the great news is that through all of that we can recover.
