That is great that you can take stretching breaks. I would even recommend doing a little jog in place to get heartrate up. It is amazing what a little bump in the heartrate can do for the brain.

Love sunflower seeds. Also shelled pistachios are great as they take concentration on opening – my go to snacks for sure when I am trying to stay distracted.

If possible, you can do coloring or phone puzzles as well to help you with the distractions. I spent a LOT of time here on this app just reading through as many threads as I could. I found that to be very helpful. We have some fun threads like Make Me Laugh. Tell me a joke
