Martial Arts/Fighter’s workouts. Today I did pyramid pull-ups, skipped rope for 10 minutes
500 air-punches while holding weights, and 1000 turning side-kicks. Finished off with some deep stretching.

If I’m up earlier than everyone else, it’s coffee in the dark while the sun rises. Sometimes I journal or read.
