I took a break from January challenge. I’m in on this one. Option 1 not up to ultimate at this time.
I’ll try option 2. I should be back to health by February. Not been out for a week (apart from two brief walks) so I’m feeling weak at the mo, but should be good for February start.
I’m in on the first one, cause it doesn’t have push-ups! Not a great fan of mountain climbers, but you can’t have it all in life!

Sorry can’t do it. I’m still recuperating and enduring doctor prescribed enforced lazyness. Hopefully I’ll be back up and running and back in the gym come early March
