@JazzyS Nah… I do my own fitness stuff and it’s a level of intensity most of you guys would consider complete insanity. It’s an existential experience every time.

Day 1 completed :+1:

:heavy_check_mark: 10 alt leg raises
:heavy_check_mark: 1 min plank (30 high 30 low)
:heavy_check_mark: 20 mtn climbers
:heavy_check_mark: 10 jumping jacks

Happy to have a day without squats :joy:

Day 1 and 2 done. Definitely have to modify a bit for this old gal… I am curious to see if I am diligent and consistent if my strength improves. I am going to keep trying every day.

May I join this thread? I’m doing beginner friendly workout as this months challenge, found it on pinterest. I am in such a bad shape and feel now is a good time get myself moving. Me and my “muscles” are not ready for daily fitness thread. :smiling_face_with_tear:
