Days 4 and 6 done. I did 5 squats with good form and the rest were jumping jacks.
Day 3! My son reminds me to do it. He is 8! It is something we can enjoy together.

Day 12b done.
Day 10 done. I am quite a bit behind, so I’ll do 11 tomorrow without skipping a day.
Days 8 and 10 done only 12 and 14 to go.
Day 4 and 5 done today since i missed yesterday…
Day 13 and 13b off the list. Almost at the finish line. Now, yin yoga which is often more challenging for me.
I hope you’ll be better soon and the pain is only transient.
Make sure you are stretching! An epsom salt bath may help your achy muscles too
I tried this one recently and was so relaxed I could have easily fallen asleep.
