Day 9 done.
I’m still in this! Life has been busy and now I’m under the weather but I’m still in it and will catch up. I owe myself day 11 and beyond.

Is there anyone willed to set up the march challenge if desired. Apart from @Runningfree Jen or myself? Something we can do aside from the normal workouts and which is not too complex or demanding for newbies. Well, that in itself is already a challenge. What can we do to decrease the fall out rate?
I searched the other day and there is an existing March workout thread. It has a decent variety of exercises. It’s a set number per day like this challenge.
I think we will always have a drop out rate and that’s ok. Everyone is at different places in exercise and sobriety. If someone does just a few days it’s better than no days and maybe they will try again next month.

Yes, you are right. So, you’ll put it up once this week is finished. Yeah, we cannot make it fit for everyone.
Our fridge died so this was packed away for a while. Can anyone spot my mistake? I didn’t realize it until I unpacked yesterday.
I did the same thing I realized after day 2
It worked out since I had so many interruptions this month. I’ll do day 11 today and start with 2 tomorrow and work my way down. Tomorrow will be easy.

Day 1 done! I’m going to get my son to do this with me too! We need a good morning routine to give us some energy and the endorphins!
Day 13 exercises only 1 more day
I will catch up tomorrow. I struggled with the task of doing a handstand pushup and many clapping pushups. I don’t have a problem to do the negative handstand pushup, so slowly going down but could only manage to push myself up 5 cm or so.
Catching up! Today I did days 11, 12 and 2 due to my faulty reading earlier. I did the 25 squats for day 2 but I traded out a wall sit, pilates bicycle and headstand for the squats for 11 and 12. My creaky old knees would have exploded. Plank is still my favorite move. Onward!
Day 2 down! My thighs are feeling it for sure.
