I don’t even know why I am texting. Someone told me it is good, might help so let’s have a look.
●Alcohol- 5+ months sober
●Smoking ( started again 5+ months ago )
●Food - Eating disorder
●Kava kava
●Energy drinks - under control now, no more then 2 small cans per week
●self-aggression
Some days are very difficult
Wish to be clean from everything on my list once and good.
