My body must need whatever is inside spinach. I recently started buying baby spinach at the grocery store and I’ve been eating it at night time pretending it’s like potato chips. I don’t even add anything or dressing. I never realized how much I like greens. I tried to look for kale Because I read that is even more nutrient dense but did not find it at the place I go to. Maybe eventually I’ll start making real salads. But I definitely have noticed a difference the last week or so eating the spinach. Or maybe it’s a placebo regardless I’m going to keep eating it. I’ve also been eating a lot of apples. Cut back on the caffeine And candy. Also been eating a lot of rice. It’s good to be able to eat and care what I put in my body. Life is good

Funny I have always liked to eat it like that. I vegetable juice weekly and the leaves left on counter that miss the juicer I consume. It really is so good for you too.

That’s awesome. Cool you’re making juices also that’s some thing I forget is a possibility. I’ll have to look into getting some kind of blender for juicing. my mom does that… She adds all kinds of things. I think she has a Neutra bullet is what it’s called

@Dazercat , it’s about time he got to go out to lunch! :dog: That’s sweet! Your support animal, little bud, he is!
You know he can get free ‘pup cups’ at Starbucks. Puppacino, I think.
I’m so sorry about the horrific fires out there. It must be very scary.
Nice dinner with Gus!
Thinking about all of you during this awful time.

@Bluekoolaid good for you and the spinach!! You won’t get muscles like Popeye but you will get lots of good nutrition and antioxidants. Very nice that you can feel the difference.
Then you’re going to eat kale like chips!
There’s a whole world out there you’re discovering!

Chicken, broccoli, spinach… kale
Cranberries and blueberries.

Bon appetit everyone
Food ( in moderation) is life … and fuel.

Lovely seasonal russet apples in the shops at the moment, and a clementine and a pomegranate. Such beautiful tones.
